During five days, 50 organizational and civil society leaders from Mozambique, Portugal, Angola, Brazil and Cape Verde will meet virtually to debate several important issues for the development of leadership in Portuguese-speaking countries.
Leadership, People Management, Business Culture, Mental Health and the Future of Companies are some of the topics for debate in the 2nd Digital Edition of the Lusophone Leadership Summit, which will take place between November 15th and 19th, 2021, and which this year brings together 50 great Lusophone Leaders from different sectors, from Portugal, Angola, Mozambique, Brazil and Cape Verde.
The event is free and invites executives to talk about current management and leadership challenges, share best practices and reveal their vision of the future.
“At the same virtual table will be 50 leaders from five completely different countries, with different markets, cultures, stages of digital transformation, resources, needs and, above all, with different experiences, management practices and visions of the future – and this is where the great value of this summit lies. Sharing promotes knowledge, creates opportunities, opens doors, and makes us richer. In a global world full of challenges, teamwork has never been so important, and it must start at the very top – with our leaders,” says Anabela Chastre, President of the Summit and CEO of Chastre Consulting, one of the event’s organizers.
This year’s Lusophone Leadership Summit will have Humanized Leadership as its central theme, and will address strategic topics such as:
Mental Health in Organizations
People and Organizational Culture
Women in Leadership
Training and Learning in Organizations
The Leaders of the Future
The 2nd edition of the Lusophone Leadership Summit will also award the “LUSophone Leadership Company 2021” prize, to the Lusophone company that stood out during 2020, for its internal practices of well-being and commitment to its employees.
