Crescer Tech – Comércio e Prestação de Serviços, LDA was fined for failing to comply with the obligation to notify and obtain authorization from the Data Protection Agency for the international transfer of personal data, specifically for sending and storing such data in a cloud located outside the country.
Fast Digital Center – Comércio e Serviços, LDA, meanwhile, was sanctioned for failing to adopt sufficiently appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect a customer’s personal data, as well as for failing to notify the Data Protection Agency and obtain its prior authorization for the processing of its customers’ data.
