The Confederation of Economic Associations (CTA) has announced that the Portuguese city of Porto will host the Mozambique-Portugal Business Forum on 15 April, which will discuss the Oil and Gas, Agro-industry, Construction and Renewable Energy sectors.
According to the organisation, the meeting will also discuss issues related to the latest developments in both countries in the Finance, Services, Transport, Logistics, Industry and Tourism sectors.
The event had initially been scheduled for 3 November 2023, to take place in parallel with the 6th Portugal-Mozambique summit, which did not take place.
Without giving any figures, the CTA note indicated that, as well as taking part in the forum, a Mozambican business mission will visit the cities of Lisbon and Porto between 10 and 15 April.
The mission is due to arrive on 10 April and visits to companies will take place between the 11th and 12th.
