TENDER ANNOUNCEMENT
The Procurement Department of the National Press of Mozambique, EP invites interested and qualified companies to submit bids in sealed envelopes for the following tenders:

Subject of the Tender: Supply of a Plotter Machine, with accompanying cutter
Type of Tender: Limited Tender
Date and Time for Submission of Bids: July 1, 2026 – 9:00 a.m.
Provisional Guarantee: Not required
Date and Time for Opening of Bids: July 1, 2026 – 9:15 a.m.
Validity of Bids: 120 days
1. Bidders may consult the Terms of Reference for the tenders on business days, from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., at the address indicated, and/or obtain them for a non-refundable fee of 250.00 MT (two hundred fifty meticais), to be deposited into ABSA account number 0016111000043 or paid via POS at the institution’s counter.
2. Bids must be submitted to the address below during the hours indicated in the table above; bids submitted outside the stipulated hours will not be considered.
3. This tender will be governed by the Regulations for the Contracting of Public Works, Supply of Goods, and Provision of Services to the State, approved by Decree No. 79/2022, dated December 30.
