2. Interested bidders may obtain further information, consult, or purchase the tender documents at the address indicated below, between 8:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m., starting on April 17, 2026.
3. Tender documents may be consulted or purchased upon payment of a non-refundable fee of 1,000.00 MT (one thousand meticais). Payment must be made via direct deposit to the Maputo Municipal Council (CMM), Meticais account No. 00002978807, NIB: 004300000000297880711 at BANCO ÚNICO or account No. 54690056 at BANCO MILLENIUM BIM, and a receipt issued by the Municipal Revenue Office, located at the KaTembe Municipal District Administration, Chali Neighborhood – R403, No. 142.
4. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days for limited tenders.
5. Bids must be submitted to the address below and will be opened in the presence of bidders who wish to attend the session. Electronic bids will not be accepted, and bids submitted after the deadline will be rejected.
6. The tender will be governed by the Regulations on the Contracting of Public Works, Supply of Goods, and Provision of Services to the State, approved by Decree No. 79/2022 of December 30.
