Bids must be submitted to the address indicated above and will be opened in the presence of any bidders who wish to attend.
The tender will be governed by the Regulations on the Contracting of Public Works, Supply of Goods, and Provision of Services to the State, approved by Decree No. 79/2022 of December 30.
