Bids must be submitted to the address listed below during normal business hours. Bids will be opened in a public session at the same address, in the presence of any bidders who wish to attend, at the Niassa Provincial Directorate of Industry and Commerce, at the UGEA – State Procurement Executive Management Unit, located at Avenida Samora Machel, P.O.
