TENDER ANNOUNCEMENT
Restricted Tender No. 58A003841/CL/0005/RC/2026
1. The National Medicines Regulatory Authority, IP invites interested natural or legal persons, whether Portuguese or foreign, who are registered in the Single Register of Public Works Contractors, Suppliers of Goods and Service Providers, and who meet the eligibility requirements, to submit sealed bids for the provision of integrated cleaning, gardening, sanitation, and pest control services at ANARME headquarters, the Laboratory, and the Southern Regional Offices
2. Interested bidders may obtain further information and review the tender documents available on the Public Procurement Portal—ANARME, IP Portal—www.anarme.gov. mz or purchase them from the National Medicines Regulatory Authority, IP, located at Av. Agostinho Neto at the corner of Salvador Allende, Ground Floor—General Secretariat, for a non-refundable fee of 1,500.00 MT per set, payable to the institution’s bank account BIM – 61196331.
3. The validity period of the Proposals shall be: 120 (one hundred twenty) days.
4. Proposals must be delivered to the address indicated in paragraph 2 by 1:00 PM on May 22, 2026, and will be opened in a public session at the same address at 1:15 PM.
5. The estimated contract value is: 3,555,076.80 MT (Three million, five hundred fifty-five thousand, seventy-six Meticais and eighty centavos).
6. The tender will be governed by the Regulations on the Award of Contracts for Public Works, the Supply of Goods, and the Provision of Services to the State, approved by Decree No. 79/2022 of December 30.
