PUBLIC TENDER ANNOUNCEMENT

ROOTS OF PEACE: COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT PROGRAM FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE PEACE AGENDA & THE YOUTH, PEACE AND SECURITY ACTION PLAN (PEACE AGENDA & NAP-YPS) IN MOZAMBIQUE – OR/2025/48162

ORPHAD (Organization for the Promotion of Peace and Humanitarian Development), a non-governmental and non-profit organization with the mission of promoting actions of a culture of peace, social justice, and socio-economic assistance, is implementing the program “ROOTS OF PEACE”: COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT PROGRAM FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE PEACE AGENDA & THE NATIONAL YOUTH, PEACE AND SECURITY ACTION PLAN (PEACE AGENDA & NAP-YPS) IN MOZAMBIQUE, with a duration of 3 years, funded by the Open Society Foundation (OSF) under the Transformative Peace in Africa initiative.

For this purpose, interested and eligible individuals or companies are hereby requested to express their interest by submitting their proposals for the tenders indicated in the table below:

1. The expression of interest is open to all legally eligible and registered bidders (attach relevant documents), and the process will be registered in accordance with current regulations.
2. For tenders by lots, bidders are free to participate/apply for one or more lots;
3. The validity period of the proposals shall be at least 100 working days.
4. The Terms of Reference or tender documents may be requested via the following email addresses: orgphad@gmail.com cc. info@orphad.org.mz and indicate in the subject: Tender/Lot Reference Number.
5. Proposals must be sent to the emails: orgphad@gmail.com with cc. info@orphad.org.mz or delivered physically to the address below, until 23 May 2026, at 17:00 hours.
6. Received proposals will be opened in a closed session led by an Internal Evaluation Committee established for this purpose.
