- Bids shall remain valid for a period of 90 days.
- Interested bidders may obtain further information, inspect or purchase the tender documents at the address indicated in item 6, during office hours from 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., starting from 03 June 2026.
- The Tender Document may be inspected or purchased upon payment of a non-refundable fee of MZN 2,000.00 (two thousand Meticais). Payment shall be made through direct deposit to the Maputo Municipal Council (CMM), Account with NIB: 000 105 61 000000 243 263, at Millennium BIM Bank, and collection of the receipt issued by the Municipal Treasury Office, located at Av. Karl Marx, No. 173.
- The tender shall be governed by the Regulation on the Procurement of Public Works, Supply of Goods and Provision of Services to the State, approved by Decree No. 79/2022 of 30 December.
- Bids must be submitted to the address below and will be opened in the presence of bidders who wish to attend the opening session. Electronic bids will not be accepted, and bids submitted after the deadline will be rejected:
