Tender Notice
1. The Provincial Directorate of Planning and Finance of Inhambane invites legal entities or individuals, whether national or foreign, who are interested and registered in the Single Register of Public Works Contractors, Goods Suppliers, and Service Providers to submit sealed bids for the tenders listed below:

- Subject: Provision of Vehicle Insurance Services

- Submission: April 22, 2026, at 10:30 a.m.
- Opening: April 22, 2026, at 10:45 a.m.

2. Interested bidders may obtain further information, review the Tender Documents available on the Public Procurement Portal (www.ufsa.gov.mz), or acquire them at the Inhambane Provincial Directorate of Planning and Finance, located in the Balane 2 neighborhood, on Rua/Av. Acordos de Lusaka, next to Gráfica Sul de Save – City of Inhambane, for a non-refundable fee of 500.00 MT (Five hundred meticais) per set, to be deposited into BCI account no. 21222804710001 – DPPFI.
3. The validity period of the bids shall be 120 days, starting from the date of their opening.
4. Bids must be submitted to the address indicated above.
5. The tender will be governed by the Regulations on Contracts for Public Works, the Supply of Goods, and the Provision of Services to the State, approved by Decree No. 79/2022 of December 30.
