PROCUREMENT OF ASSISTANCE KITS FOR DISPLACED AND HOST COMMUNITIES IN CABO DELGADO
- FDC – Foundation for Community Development is a public benefit, non-profit institution aimed at strengthening the capacities of disadvantaged communities, with the objective of overcoming poverty and promoting social justice in Mozambique.
- The FDC invites interested companies to submit sealed bids for the procurement of Assistance Kits for Displaced and Host Families in Cabo Delgado, as follows:
Metuge District:
- Lot I – 500 Food Assistance Kits
- Lot II – 500 Non-Food Item Kits
- Lot III – 500 Dignity and Hygiene Kits
- Lot IV – 3,000 Food Kits for monthly delivery (1,000 kits/month)
- Lot V – 3,000 Seed Kits (single delivery)
- Interested bidders may obtain more information, inspect or collect the Tender Documents from 08:30 to 16:00, upon presentation of proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of 1,000.00 MT to the following account:

- The validity period of the bids shall be 60 days. Evaluation will be based on the lowest price criterion.
- Bids must be submitted to the address below no later than 11:00 on 9 June 2026 and will be opened in a public session at the same address on the same day at 10:10, in the presence of bidders who wish to attend.

- The bid must be accompanied by a provisional guarantee valid for 90 days, per lot, in the following amounts:
- Lot I – 120,000.00 MT (one hundred and twenty thousand meticais)
- Lot II – 120,000.00 MT (one hundred and twenty thousand meticais)
- Lot III – 120,000.00 MT (one hundred and twenty thousand meticais)
- Lot IV – 150,000.00 MT (one hundred and fifty thousand meticais)
- Lot V – 150,000.00 MT (one hundred and fifty thousand meticais)
- The tender shall be governed by the FDC Procurement Regulations.
