2- Interested bidders may obtain additional information, as well as consult or purchase the Tender Document at the address indicated below, between 8:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m., starting on April 17, 2026.
3- The Tender Documents may be consulted or purchased upon payment of a non-refundable fee of 2,000.00 MT (two thousand meticais), which must be paid via direct deposit to the Maputo Municipal Council (CMM), NIB: 000 105 61 0000000 243 263, at BANCO MILLENNIUM BIM, and by collecting the receipt issued by the Municipal Receiving Office, located at Av. Karl Marx, No. 173.
4- The tenders shall be governed by the Regulations on the Contracting of Public Works, Supply of Goods, and Provision of Services to the State, approved by Decree No. 79/2022 of December 30.
5- Bids must be submitted to the address below and will be opened in the presence of bidders who wish to attend the opening session; however, electronic bids will not be accepted, and bids submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.
6- Bids for the limited tender must remain valid for a period of 90 days.
