TENDER NOTICE

The District Service of Health, Women and Social Action of Chiúta, in the exercise of its powers and in accordance with the Public Procurement Regulation (Decree No. 79/2022, of 30 December), invites Eligible Companies interested in submitting sealed proposals for the provision of borehole drilling services and water supply systems by lot, in the following Health Centres:

Lot 1

Subject of the Tender: Opening of a water supply system for Kazula Health Centre.
Date and Time for Submission of Proposals: 22/06/2026 at 11:00 a.m.
Place of Opening of Proposals: SDSMAS-UGEA.
Date and Time of Opening: 22/06/2026 at 11:30 a.m.

Lot 2

Subject of the Tender: Opening of a water supply system for Matenje Health Centre.
Date and Time for Submission of Proposals: 22/06/2026 at 11:00 a.m.
Place of Opening of Proposals: SDSMAS-UGEA.
Date and Time of Opening: 22/06/2026 at 11:30 a.m.

1. Interested bidders may obtain further information, examine the tender documents and/or acquire them for the non-refundable amount of MZN 2,500.00 (two thousand five hundred meticais), upon deposit into account No. 14633235810001, for Borehole Drilling Works and Construction of the Water Supply System, at the address below.
2. The validity period of the proposals shall be 90 days and they must be submitted to SDSMAS-Chiúta by 11:00 a.m. on 20 June 2026, and will be opened at 11:30 a.m. on the same day, in the Meeting Room of SDSMAS-Chiúta, in the presence of bidders wishing to attend the event.
3. The site visit to the Water Supply System Construction Works is mandatory and the site visit certificate shall form an integral part of the tender documents. For this purpose, the site visit shall be carried out on 30 June of the current year.
4. The tender shall be governed by the Regulation on the Procurement of Public Works, Supply of Goods and Provision of Services to the State, approved by Decree No. 79/2022, of 30 December.
