The International Labour Organization (ILO) Mozambique Office seeks an experienced Gender Adviser to support the implementation of the established gender mainstreaming strategy throughout the MozTrabalha Phase 2 project. The Gender Adviser will Conduct a stocktake of the project’s gender mainstreaming strategy and activities and develop a Gender Action Plan to further operationalize the gender mainstreaming strategy, provide technical guidance to the project team to implement the GAP, provide capacity development to team members as required, and support on a learning brief. The contract duration is for one year, with deliverables tied to key milestones.
