PUBLIC TENDER NOTICE – REQUEST FOR BIDS
Hiring of a Company for the Design and Production of Radio Programs and Video Content on Digital Transformation

The Government of Mozambique, through the Ministry of Communications and Digital Transformation (MCTD), has received financing from the World Bank for the implementation of the Mozambique Digital Acceleration Project (MDAP) and intends to apply part of the funds to the hiring of a company for the design and production of radio programs and video content on digital transformation.
In this context, the Ministry of Communications and Digital Transformation, through the Mozambique Digital Acceleration Project (MDAP), invites interested and eligible companies to submit sealed proposals for the provision of the above-mentioned services.
The tender will be conducted in accordance with the World Bank Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers (September 2023 edition) and, subsidiarily, by the Regulation for Contracting Public Works, Supply of Goods and Provision of Services to the State, approved by Decree No. 79/2022 of December 30, using the Request for Bids (RFB) method.

, and request the Bidding Document between 08:00 and 15:00 hours at the address below.
Bids must be delivered to the address below by 10:30 a.m. (local time) on May 26, 2026, and will be opened in a public session in the presence of bidders and anyone wishing to attend. Late submissions will be rejected.
Each bid must be accompanied by a bid security in the amount of MZN 190,000.00 (one hundred ninety thousand meticais). The validity period of the bids shall be 90 days from the date of bid opening.
