Qualified and independent Consultants are invited to submit their applications for the abovementioned project. The Project concerns the strengthening of social and economic infrastructure in the informal settlement of Goto, neighborhood of Ponta-Gea, in Beira City, Mozambique. The envisaged measures include roads and pedestrian paths, storm water drainage, drinking water supply and sanitation, electricity and lighting, waste management, and public spaces.The Consultant shall provide expertise in project management, technical design, procurement, and construction supervision to ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality implementation of the Project. The assignment also includes support in capacity building of municipal institutions, implementation of accompanying measures, and execution of environmental and social safeguards.
