The VW Virtus, a new model of the Volkswagen brand, was launched today in Maputo City, in a well-attended ceremony. The car has state of the art technology and a modernised safety system.
Caetano Mozambique presented, today, the most recent bet of Volkswagen for its clients and car lovers. It is called VW Virtus.
According to the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Caetano Mozambique, Paulo Oliveira, the car is endowed with high end technology.
“The Volkswagen Virtus and stands out for the technological issue, it comes equipped with a 10-inch screen, with an electronic box, which makes the differentiation of Volkswagen and also with a 1.6 engine, with a power of 110 HP, powered by gasoline,” explained Paulo Oliveira.
The VW Virtus is also equipped with two airbags, driver and passenger.
For their part, those attending the launch say they are impressed with the machine presented to the public.
Palmira Mucavel says that, besides being a good bet for work, it is a safe alternative for family use.
“The Virtus is fantastic, I loved the car, it has my face. It has a lot of comfort and is a family car; the children can have comfort in the back, the space gives comfort,” detailed Mucavel.
Rofino fontes, former pilot, highlighted the safety issue, which was highly praised in the car.
During the event organised by Caetano Mozambique, two VW Amaroc Pikups were also presented.
