The Boost Academy, an online business programme specialised in executive training, opened this Monday, August 7th, the registration for the first edition of the Strategic Management Course.
Founded by ideiaLab in partnership with Nova School of Business and Economics (Nova SBE) and co-financed by the European Union, Academia Boost was designed to meet the specific needs of senior managers in the Mozambican business community. Its courses allow to obtain an international certificate issued by Nova SBE, currently number one in Executive Education in the Portuguese market, and ranked number 18 in the Financial Times ranking, globally.
“Boost is a 100% digital executive business academy, created to support the development of Management and Leadership skills and enhance the talent and growth of people, teams and businesses in Mozambique”, explains Tatiana Pereira, Executive Director of ideiaLab.
The Strategic Management course will begin to be taught on 17 August, in online format. This training aims to offer practical tools to help executives redefine the way organisations are managed in an ever-changing world and environment, where traditional management processes are continuously put to the test.
The contents are organised in modules that contain several presentations, video lessons and complementary materials, as well as case studies developed by Mozambican experts that aim to apply the theory to the reality and characteristics of the Mozambican market.
The lecturers belong to Nova SBE and stand out for the high rigour of their research and the innovation in their teaching methodology, combining solid academic knowledge with extensive professional experience.
New courses such as Transformational Leadership, New Marketing, Business Management, Innovation, and People Management will soon be available, in an exponential learning methodology. They will last three months, and their realisation is adjustable and flexible to the schedule and learning pace of each participant. The training stands out for its high quality assurance, with international standards and global insights.
