The Minister of State Administration and Public Function, Ana Comoana, defended this Friday, June 23, during the celebrations of the Public Service Day, that one cannot claim the irregularities detected during the implementation of the New Single Salary Table (TSU) in a generalized way, because each employee or agent of the State has its particular remuneration situation.
In this sense, the Minister appealed for calm and patience, as the Government never hid that this was a complex process: “We are generalising what cannot be generalised. It has always been said that the question of framing is individual. Even you, journalists, each one of you has a length of service that is not the same and perhaps your qualifications are not the same. But it may happen that one day you get together to claim what perhaps you cannot claim in a global way,” said Comoana, quoted by the news portal O País.
The minister also said that flaws in the framework should be complained about in the workplace of each employee, but in a calm environment. To mutiny or point to any Ministry as the culprit is to lose focus.
“There are cases where we have claims from colleagues who are not yet effective, being in the probationary period, in what is called provisional appointment, but who join with those who have been there for a long time. How do we solve it? That’s why we say that it takes patience for A, B and C to come and say that their position is not correct because their length of service has been miscounted. In these situations, we go to the process to verify”, he explained.
Speaking of corruption in the civil service, Ana Comoana guaranteed that there is special attention, with exemplary accountability for those who show misconduct.
