Over 14,400 state employees and agents were integrated in the Single Wage Table (TSU) in Maputo city, which corresponds to an achievement of 95.8 percent of the professionals to be integrated.
The integration of the remaining 629 may be concluded when the migration mechanisms of the public administration human resources registration and management system are improved.
The Secretary of State in Maputo City, Vicente Joaquim, pointed out that the migration of e-CAF, the previous platform for registration of employees, to the National System for Management of Human Resources of the State (SNGRHE) was a barrier to reaching more than 15,000 technicians.
Speaking on the Public Service Celebration Day (Fri.23), he said that the state administration should adapt to the new reality based on international cooperativism, through which trained staff can contribute to the success of the African continent’s economy.
The technician of the Water Infrastructure and Sanitation Administration, Benildo Muiene, said it was the duty of the professionals of the state institutions to meet the deadlines, to ensure their rights after performing their activities.
