Revoked Direct Agreement Between Government and Northern Rail-Port Concessionaires

The Council of Ministers approved, this Tuesday, April 5, the Decree revoking the Direct Agreement between the Government, the Northern Rail-Port Concessionaires and the Financing Agents.

This is the agreement concluded in 2016, between the Government, the Northern Development Corridor and the Northern Logistics Corridor.

Also this Tuesday, the Government approved the Annual Report on the Evolution of Drug Use and Illicit Trafficking in the country in 2021, which will be submitted to Parliament.

It is a document that addresses the activities carried out by the relevant institutions in the scope of preventing drug consumption and combating drug trafficking.

In Tuesday’s session, the Executive approved the Amateur Radio Services Regulation, an instrument that establishes the rules applicable to this activity practiced using satellite, by people qualified and licensed by the Telecommunications authorities for intercommunication and technical studies.

The regulation defines the regime for granting certificates, special authorizations and the licensing of amateur radio stations for common use, according to a document from the Secretariat of the Council of Ministers.
