The Mozambican Chamber of Commerce and the Confederation of Indian Industries initialled a memorandum of understanding this Thursday focused on mobilising investors to the country.
The document provides for the mobilisation of more entrepreneurs to invest in Mozambique in priority sectors such as agriculture, energy and mineral resources.
According to the Mozambican President of the Chamber of Commerce, Álvaro Massingue, in addition to this memorandum two others were initialled, one with the Open University of India and the other with a non-governmental organisation that aims to support the development of women in the country.
Álvaro Massingue was speaking at the Mozambican-Indian Business Forum, a meeting attended by the Mozambican President, Filipe Nyusi.
