With the aim of simplifying banking operations and guaranteeing convenience and security, First National Bank (FNB) Mozambique has launched more intuitive digital channels: an app, Internet banking and a new website.
According to the institution’s press release, these cutting-edge solutions aim to offer simplicity and convenience to the bank’s customers.
The document reveals that ‘FNB’s new digital platform reinforces the bank’s promise of help, offering a more intuitive and harmonious banking experience. FNB customers can rest assured about the security and convenience of these channels – access to the FNB On app is via facial recognition and fingerprint, while the traditional PIN entry option remains available.’
Sansão Monjane, head of Digital Banking and Information Technology at FNB, said that ‘the new digital channels bring a series of advantages to our customers: from the security factor, to customising the display of content and the simplicity of the steps for carrying out daily operations, opening savings accounts, transferring to mobile accounts, among others’.
For ebankIT’s Operations Director, Maria José Gonçalves, ‘with the adoption of the ebankIT platform, FNB Moçambique is now competing with other banks in the market, standing out for its unique offer and the level of security of its solutions’.
