Tempus Global Group launched this September the second edition of the National Human Capital Management and Benefits Survey, which aims to assess organizations from a Human Resources (HR) perspective.
This is an initiative of Tempus Global Group, supported by Hollard Mozambique. This is a qualitative and free survey focused on four pillars of the Employee Value Proposition: Compensation and Benefits, Career, Work Environment and Culture.
In the release made available it is informed that Tempus intends to carry out this survey every year with the aim of providing statistical data that may contribute to the optimisation of the investment in people, the idea being to offer organisations and their leaders a broader and more current vision of the labour market that goes beyond common practices, while presenting solutions with more competitive advantages for employees.
“In this second ongoing edition, the questionnaire assesses the perspective of HR leaders and workers. All data is treated confidentially in line with market best practices and in accordance with the General Data Protection Act, so that no organisation is individually identified,” the note adds.
The first edition of this study was presented to the market in August 2021 and was attended by 140 public, private and non-governmental organisations, assessing the perspective of HR leaders. All of the country’s provinces were represented with the exception of Cabo Delgado and Zambézia.
