The Mozambican President, Filipe Nyusi, will lead, this Monday (24), the opening ceremony of the national conference on Quality Education in Mozambique.
“The aim of the conference is to develop a common vision on quality education in Mozambique, with an impact on the development of human capital, through a participatory and reflective dialog”, says a note from the Presidency.
The meeting will take place under the motto “For Quality, Inclusive and Equitable Education, in Prol of Sustainable Development”.
The event is co-organized by the Ministry of Education and Human Development (MINEDH), Ministry of Science and Technology and Higher Education, Ministry of Gender, Children and Social Action and the Secretariats of State for Youth and Employment, Technical Vocational Education in coordination with UNESCO and other United Nations organizations, bilateral and multilateral cooperation partners, civil society and the private sector. It will be attended by 300 guests.
