Gaza: Education Sector with Deficit of 1.800 Classrooms

The Education sector, in Gaza, has a deficit of 1.800 classrooms to take away children who study under the open air, in all the districts of the province.

There are a total of 423 classes of various subsystems of education, especially primary education, studying under trees, in all fourteen districts of the province.

The spokesman of the provincial Direction of Education in Gaza, Ferrão Bambo, recognizes the scenario affects the teaching and learning process, with some gravity in the days of bad weather.

Bambo says that in order to minimize the situation, several processes of construction of classrooms are underway, in an investment of the government and partners.
