A tourist property located in the province of Cabo Delgado, valued at 28.4 million meticals (449 thousand dollars), is being auctioned online until this Tuesday (16). The auction, organised by the Leilosoc portal, began on 19 June and includes a 3.2 hectare resort located near Murrebue beach.
According to the newspaper Económico, the development has four independent houses, a social area and a private exit to the beach. The main house has an area of 250 square metres, while the other three have areas of 90 and 60 square metres respectively. There is also a staff house, a garage and a storage room.
Equipped with a solar generator and diesel generators, the property has the capacity to provide power throughout the area, as well as being connected to the high-voltage electricity supply with its own transmitter. The water infrastructure includes a municipal supply, a borehole and storage tanks. The sale of the property also includes all movable property.
Those interested in taking part in the auction must register electronically on the Leilosoc website. The development’s location, 15 minutes from the centre of Pemba and 30 minutes from the city’s airport, increases its appeal as a tourist investment.
‘There is also the possibility of carrying out additional works and constructions on the site, allowing for future expansions or improvements to the property,’ concluded the source.
