Angola will participate in the International Tourism Fair (FITUR) in Madrid, Spain, from January 21 to 25.
The information was released by the Ministry of Tourism on Facebook after a meeting with tour operators who will represent the country at the event.
On that occasion, the Minister of Tourism called on operators to view the fair as a business platform where national products can be marketed in the global market for tourist packages through partnerships to be established at the event.
In turn, Márcio Daniel also highlighted Angola’s tourism promotion activities in strategic markets, given the high number of tourists, with a focus on Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, as well as the Spanish and English markets, the latter of which recently included Angola in its list of destinations to visit in 2026, according to The Telegraph, one of the UK’s most widely circulated newspapers.
The meeting was also attended by operators Secret Angola, Pure and Autentic, RucaTour, Lelutour, Angola Tours and Expeditions, as well as TAAG – Linhas Aéreas de Angola, as a partner of the Ministry of Tourism.
