Filipe Nyusi, defended the dissemination beyond borders of the business opportunities that Mozambique has, as a way of attracting more investors to the country.
The Head of State was speaking yesterday, November 15, in Finland, during a meeting he held with the Mozambican community living in that country.
On the occasion, Nyusi assured that the Mozambican government is working to facilitate the business environment in the country, by creating favorable conditions for trade.
In addition to the need to strengthen cooperation with Finland, the Mozambican statesman said he wants to see new areas of investment explored.
This year, the Finnish government has supported Mozambique with about 15 million euros and, of this amount, seven million were for the area of education. Apart from this area, Finland has supported Mozambique in fighting terrorism and promoting good governance.
Filipe Nyusi started yesterday, November 15, a four-day working visit to Finland, taking on the agenda the fight against terrorism and the issue of climate change.
Filipe Nyusi’s visit takes place at the invitation of the Finnish Head of State, Sauli Niinistö, with whom the Mozambican president has scheduled a meeting in Helsinki to discuss the political and economic scenario of the two countries and the world, with emphasis on the energy and economic crises.
