ADIN and Partners Will Rebuild Public Infrastructure Destroyed in the Village of Palma

The Northern Integrated Development Agency (ADIN) and its partners will participate in the reconstruction of public infrastructures, destroyed in the aftermath of the 24 March terrorist attack in the town of Palma, Cabo Delgado.

The coordinator of Communication and Crosscutting Issues in ADIN, João Machatine, announced that a technical team will go to Palma in the next few days for a thorough assessment on the ground.

“We are coming with our partners’ team to assess which infrastructures may deserve immediate intervention to allow the symbols of state to be here, in order to inspire the confidence of economic agents and the population,” he said.

ADIN, through funding from the European Union, is currently rehabilitating infrastructures destroyed by terrorists in the town of Macomia.
