According to Cornelder de Moçambique, the arrival of the vessel represents progress in improving domestic maritime connectivity and in creating more regular, secure, and sustainable logistics solutions for cargo transportation along the Mozambican coast.

The company also considers that this operation consolidates the positioning of the Port of Beira as a benchmark logistics platform, with the capacity to support domestic trade and increase efficiency in cargo handling between different regions of the country.

The start of operations is part of ongoing efforts to structure a more regular, efficient, and functional maritime cabotage system, at a time when the Government and sector operators are seeking to reduce logistics costs and expand the integration of national transport corridors.
