Mozambican technology company TVSD attended one of the most prestigious business events dedicated to promoting sustainable business exchange between French and African companies.
At the Ambition Africa Forum, which took place on 17 and 18 October and was organised by Business France in Paris, the Mozambican technology company held round table discussions to build knowledge around visions of the major global issues of the moment that impact on the operations of thousands of companies in various areas and sectors of activity.
In a statement released this Sunday, 29 October, the Mozambican technology company stressed that “the event also made it possible to understand some of the investment opportunities in Africa and also in Mozambique, in areas such as Energy, Extractives and Natural Gas”, sectors in which TVSD operates, and in which it is currently a player in the supply chain of some multinationals that are leaders at this level in the country, such as Vulcan and TotalEnergies.
“And because sustainability must currently be a fundamental axis of any company’s actions, TVSD addressed the fundamental role of African women in the continent’s development and their invaluable contributions to society,” reads the statement.
In the same press release, TVSD’s CEO, Sérgio dha Costa, explained that the company’s participation in the meeting in Paris made it possible to follow in situ the alignment of France’s objectives and focus on the African continent, thus allowing “the alignment of our company with the objectives of the French government and French companies for the African continent, namely Mozambique”.
“With our participation, we demonstrated that we are capable of providing the necessary support within our technological area for the various French investments that may take place inside and outside Mozambique and on the African continent,” he emphasised.
