Sasol Petroleum Temane (SPT) has been recognized by the Mozambique Tax Authority as one of the country’s top three contributors in income taxes, standing out for its consistent compliance with fiscal obligations over the past five years.
According to an official statement, this regular distinction from the tax authorities reflects the company’s conduct regarding its tax responsibilities, both in terms of declaration obligations and the actual payment of due taxes. This fiscal performance aligns with a broader commitment to sustainable economic and social development in Mozambique.

With over two decades of presence in Mozambique, Sasol has strengthened its operations based on responsibility, transparency, and long-term vision. Tax compliance constitutes a central element of its strategy as a strategic partner of the Mozambican State.
