Portuguese Consultancy Company Specialized in Sustainability Opens Branch in Mozambique

The Portuguese sustainability consultancy company, Stravillia, has just announced the opening of a branch in Mozambique. This is their first venture outside Portugal as part of their internationalisation project.

According to the consultancy’s founding partner, Francisco Neves, the aim is to support Mozambican companies in their journey towards sustainability, helping them to understand which ESG (Environment Social Governance) issues are most relevant to the organisation. This is so that companies can integrate these issues into their growth strategies in order not to compromise the future of coming generations.

“This bet on internationalisation came naturally, since Stravillia already has several clients in the country to whom it provides services. On the other hand, we feel that there is a desire and need to work on the issue of sustainability”, Francisco Neves explained.

In the Mozambican market, the consultancy aims to support organisations from the most varied sectors, particularly in crucial areas for the country such as oil and gas, coal, agriculture, aquaculture and fisheries, as well as financial institutions.
