Vodacom Mozambique’s digital wallet M-Pesa, the country’s market leader, and Bacelabet, a gaming entertainment company, signed a memorandum of understanding this Thursday, 18 July, with the aim of bringing significant advantages to their customers and making their businesses flexible and attractive.
On the occasion, Romero Bey, Bacelabet’s administrator, said that his organisation was enthusiastic about the agreement which would help attract more customers, adding that on the basis of it, punters would receive 15 free flights in the betting sector and 15% cashback on weekly losses.
“The cashback benefit will be credited to the customer’s account according to the number of bets they have placed. We are committed to improving our services and will continue to work with M-Pesa to develop more partnerships and expand our operations,’ he explained.
Sérgio Lopes, representing M-Pesa, expressed his gratitude to Bacelabet and stressed the importance of democratising and simplifying access to entertainment solutions and financial services.
“The partnership with Bacelabet reflects our commitment to offering more value and convenience to our customers. The weekly cashback that Bacelabet will offer will go exclusively to customers who deposit through M-Pesa, encouraging the continued use of this payment channel,’ he emphasised.
Lopes reiterated that in order to attract even more customer confidence, the organisation he represents is committed to innovating its content, with services that add value.
