The certification process has the main objective of improving the performance of the organization so that it achieves a high level of quality in its internal processes, ensuring even greater customer satisfaction.
For the co-founder of ideiaLab, Tatiana Pereira, this certification proves the experience and quality services that the company presents and encourages a commitment to quality on an ongoing basis.
“Through this certification we will have a greater internal structure, with well defined processes and more knowledge of the organization by employees, having the opportunity to assess in which aspects we should improve,” she said.

ISO 9001:2015 is a Quality Management System (QMS) standard that is recognized worldwide and is used by organizations that wish to prove and certify their quality.
