Green Motion, an international car rental company specializing in sustainable mobility solutions, has officially announced its entry into Mozambique, strengthening the brand’s expansion across the African continent.
The company’s arrival in the country represents another step in Green Motion’s growth strategy in Africa, where it has been expanding its presence through the creation of new franchises and entry into emerging markets.
The Mozambican franchise was acquired by Samuel Manhique, an entrepreneur with experience in the vehicle rental sector. According to the company, his knowledge of the local market will be key to implementing and consolidating the brand in Mozambique.
According to a statement cited by Club of Mozambique, with this new operation Green Motion aims to provide high-quality vehicle rental services tailored to customer needs, while promoting sustainable mobility solutions aligned with the company’s global mission.
Founded in the United Kingdom in 2007, Green Motion has experienced rapid growth and has become one of the leading international franchise networks in the car rental sector. It is currently present in more than 80 countries and continues to expand into new markets.
