Galp Mozambique Launches New Talent Training Program

Galp Mozambique launched this Thursday its first training program for young talents called Generation Galp, with the opening of the website for the registration of candidates. The program aims to provide additional training to recent graduates in various academic areas.

According to a note from Galp indicates that the Generation Galp program also aims to make trainees aware of the value chain of the institution, integrate them into the culture and values of the company, and train them in the acquisition of technical skills and soft-skills. To this end, all trainees will have permanent monitoring during the training, which will go through various sectors of Galp and in various parts of the country where the company is present.

For three weeks, those interested will be able to consult the conditions for admission to the internship at challenger.co.mz.

“In this initial edition of Generation Galp in Mozambique, six places were opened, which may be increased in future editions of the program, whose aim is to attract, train and integrate promising young Mozambicans aged up to 30 years old into Galp’s staff who have a degree or master’s in finance, engineering, information technology, communication and marketing or related areas,” the statement said.
